How long is your processing time?
Our current processing time is between 1-3 days before shipping them out. These are handmade products and are all made to order.
What carrier do you ship with?
We usually ship through USPS First Class, however you can request a different carrier but it may be an additional cost to cover the difference in rate.
When will my package arrive?
For Standard Shipping please allow 3-5 Business Days for delivery. If you have upgraded to Priority Shipping, please allow 1-3 Business Days. This is not including processing time, please allow up to 3 business days to process your order.
I need my package faster!
We understand that your order can be time sensitive. For this reason we are offering an upgraded shipping option. Select " Upraded Priority Shipping" at checkout for 1-3 business day delivery. We will also upgrade the processing time to 1 business day with this option.
If you need it any faster please contact us for additional rates.
Do you offer REFUNDS/EXCHANGES?
We do not accept refunds or exchanges at this time. However, if you receive your order and are unhappy with the results, please message us so that we can try our best to resolve any issues.
Are your shoe charms made from a soft rubber/silicone?
No, our shoe charms are not from a soft rubber/silicone. They are made from a hard-durable plastic.
Can I modify the color/design of existing items?
You sure can! We love making custom items for our clients! Please message us with your ideas and we'll see if we can make it happen. Addition charges may apply.
Do you take custom orders and/or offer discounted wholesale pricing?
